The servie was great. Scott was very helpful. The credit manager (and I do not remember his name) was great. I recently survived a CH 13. He was able to find me financing and did not make me feel a credit manager (and I do not remember his name) was great. I recently survived a CH 13. He was able to find me financing and did not make me feel as if I were a criminal because of the Ch 13. My credit score was great before the ch 13. It is a long story, but I had to file ch 13 after I got custody of my grandkids. I was very adament about not paying double digit interest rates. He found me a single digit by a great lender.
