Number one they had the best selection of the vehicle we were interested in. Upon our first arrival we were greeted warmly by several employees and asked how we could be helped. All my initial questions were answered and we proceeded to browse the lot. Although we did not purchase that day we had decided from the first visit that we wanted to eventually purchase from this dealer because of the people. On the following weekend we decided to purchase and actually bought a model at a higher trim level than the initial model we test drove without any pressure to do so. It was completely our decision. We felt at all times that they just wanted us to be happy. Reason number two is we never felt pressure to purchase, we always felt completly in control. Upon entering negotiations every call was returned promptly and curtiosly by our salesman Scott and every offer/counter offer was treated fairly and not ridiculed. I was treated fairly with my high mileage trade by the used car manager Craig, and lastly when I entered the financing portion of my purchase with Craig the business manager, everything was explained, I felt, on what was the most beneficial for my budget, not the dealships'. I have purchased three new vehicles in my life, from three different dealers. This experience has caused me to realize that I have no reason to look for another dealer next time. More
I came in yesterday with no intention of purchasing a new vehicle. I was perusing the lot when the used car manager (his name escapes me) asked what I might be interested in for a vehicle. I explained I was just looking at the Equinox and Traverse and it was not necessary for a sales person to help me. He obviously told Richard Clinton I was on the lot. Mr Clinton approached me and proceeded to enlighten me about all the features of the Traverse. He insisted I take a test drive. His deliberation was persistent yet not pushy. We went inside where I was met by The new car saes manager with smiles and an open hand. Well as you know the rest is history. I drove away in my new Traverse about an hour and a half later after meeting all of your personel from service and parts to your credt manager. I want to let you know I have purchased a lot of new cars in the past and your service was far above any other dealerships I have frequented. Let me just say that the guys at Mtn. View Chevy are amazing. I had gone to seven different car dealerships and not a single one compares to the experience I had at Mtn. View Chevy. I work third shift and had completed the online application at work at 3am. At 4am I had a reply email and by 9am I had a phone call. When I arrived at the dealership, I felt like a part of the "family." The "Chevy Guys" are AWESOME. They hooked me up with a brand new car when no-other car dealership would. I just had to hug the business manager before I left. More

Lawrence Blake was VERY helpful. It was the other members of your team that messed everything up. After I had spent 4 and 1/2 hours down there on saturday, Lawrence called me and said I had not sign members of your team that messed everything up. After I had spent 4 and 1/2 hours down there on saturday, Lawrence called me and said I had not signed 1 paper. I told him where I was (close) and he came down there and had me sign a paper stating that was the truck I wanted. At that time, he told me the truck I had requested might not have the option I wanted. This was after over 4 hours there. Could someone not have found this out before? On sunday, Lawrence called me at home and told me it did not have the fender flare option I wanted and if I would come in on monday and talk it over. After thinking about it, I decided it was not my problem and that it was yours to correct. On monday it was agreed that you would put the fender flares on at your expense. On tuesday I received a call expecting to be told my truck was in. It was not that. The truck I wanted was no longer available . I cancelled the sale after this. Someone called yesterday afternoon and offered free oil changes for a year if I would still take the new vehicle. What is that going to cost you---maybe $60 for the year? I think with all the aggravation I went through it is worth a lot more than that. I am waiting to hear from your dealer as to when I can pick up my down payment check and go to someone else and get my new vehicle. This incident has almost soured me about going anywhere else. I would like to update and say that the dealer was very quick in getting my deposit back to me. They even brought it to me. More
I went shopping for my first car, and boy can it be hard a some of you might know. The minute we stepped foot on your lot we felt at home, from the start and the help looking for the car all the way throug a some of you might know. On our visit to mtn view chevrolet we met salesman John Wheeler who took care of us in a quick and prompt manner. He was very friendly and seemed like he really wanted to help. We were a little stressed because we had just lost our car of 9 years and although we were going to miss it we knew that we were going to purchase something new soon. We searched and found the dodge calibur which we believed would suit our needs. During the process we were concerned with getting the price down to our affordable budget. It wasn't looking so good at first as we were qouted a price that would really put a stretch on our budget and then the thought was that we would have to shop aroung some more even though we had a short time to do so. Later on the financial manager came in with good news that he got the monthly payment down to where we could manage it. This was great and we were excited about it, but we still felt like the price of the vehicle could have been a little lower. We still went with the deal and so far are very happy with our purchase. The overall review that we give John Wheeler is a 9 out of 10 because we went over and beyond in helping us that day by getting a car for us to use as we had to return our car rental and had no other way to do so at the time. I have to say, I feel that both Josh and Craig were excellent salesmen. We have met several recently, and they were the only ones that built excitement about purchasing my car.
