I wanted to buy my husband a new Silverado so I got on line and WOW! I checked with quite a few dealers but the response I got fron Mnt View was over the top! I have had some not so great experiences with dealerships in the past, this was by far the easiest, quickest, and friendlist. My salesman Scott Hartman was outstanding. I used him through the web site and messaged back and forth. This was great because of my work schedule and getting time away from work is not easy. He had everything prepared and ready to go so all I had to do was come in test drive the vechile and sign some papers and I was out the door in my new car. I have already been referring clients to him and your dealership. It is hard to find a hardworking honest salesman. I am not saying they are all bad, just that Scott Hartman worked hard for me the customer. Being a single mom of two children and needing something affordable and reliable I had trust in Scott Hartman to help me get something that would provide me with those two things.Your company should recoginize him being a definate asset. He also has the personality to deal with the public. He should be commended for his work. As of the service department I have not had to use them yet. Overall experience was excellent. I have been buying new vehicles every couple of years since 1994 and I can not recall when I have had an experience quite like the one at Moutain View Chevrolet on Saturday June 12, 2010. When I sent an email inquiring about purchasing a new vehicle I received an immediate phone call followed by an email. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Mr.Huber at the entrance with a smile and a handshake. As for Customer Service, it was above and beyond my expectations from everyone I was working with during the appraisal of my trade, test driving the truck and processing the paperwork for purchasing my new truck. The quality of work from the entire dealership was exceptional. As for the Price, I explained where I needed my payment to be and every effort was made to accomadate and accomplish my request. The Overall Experience is one that I will remember for long time. I felt like "Queen for a day" when I purchased my new truck. Every one was friendly always asking me if I needed anything, or if they was anything they could get me. I checked with other Chevrolet dealers and was not pleased with the service. They could not or would not take the time to find just what I was looking for. Scott and Mtn. Scott called me promptly after I had indicated interest in a new Malibu on their website. We agreed on time for me to visit the dealership the next day and Scott was able to call and move up my visit due t in a new Malibu on their website. Chase was incredible to work with. I came to the dealership to test drive the Traverse, and I ended up wanting to buy a car because of Chase's honesty, patience, and understanding. The only poor experience I had was working with Jerry. I felt pressure from him and eventually anger about the first potential deal. He was pushy and rude. He made me angry enough that I almost did not return to Mountain View. Luckily, Chase was there and I did not have to deal with Jerry the day I bought our car. More
