Our salesman, Scott Hartman, absolutely was wonderful. He put up with all our questions and doubts and kept working with us until we found the perfect truck and a deal we felt good about. He was very knowledgable and was Mr. Personality Plus. The same holds true for the financing part of this deal. Curtis Owen could not have been nicer. He was also very knowledgable. During this entire purchase we never felt pressured by Scott or Curtis. The weather was bad the day we bought our truck but the atmosphere inside the dealership was warm and friendly. More

Customer service was excellent. Scott handled all our questions, and was very knowledgeable. He was also very patient, as we had our 3 yr old little girl at the dealership and was wreaking havoc in his questions, and was very knowledgeable. We were looking for a specific kind of car (sedan) with a bench seat. The Chevrolet Impala seemed to be the only one. Unfortunately the only one on the lot was a black (too hot for us in the south) and it bench seat. The Chevrolet Impala seemed to be the only one. Unfortunately the only one on the lot was a black (too hot for us in the south) and it had bucket seats. I did drive it and liked the way it handled. So-o-o-we asked them to find us one similar to it with a bench seat. They were successful! It took a little time to do all this. Jason was very friendly and helpful and kept us informed at every step of the process. He gets very high marks since it was a warm sunny day and there was a used car push taking place that day!! Since we took possession of the car, he explained the working of the all the buttons to my husband. Then he took the time to call me to say he would be glad to do the same with me when I could come in. GREAT Customer Service!!! More

My previous dealer, Herb Adcox Chevrolet, now known as Herb Adcox Automotive, was no longer selling new cars. I work in the Chattanooga Downtown area and really needed a convenient location to go to for a new car purchase. It all began with one phone call to Mountain View Chevrolet and I was introduced to Jimmie Bronner, my salesman, who was absolutely great. He took a lot of time to make sure I was getting what I wanted in this purchase, and personal service means a lot when making a high-dollar purchase. Everything went very well with the transaction. The management and staff were great and I was able to get all pertinent business completed quickly and efficiently in one day.
