I was a walk in customer. Travis took the time to answer all my questions and some I didn't realize I had. He accepted that I may not be buying immediately, and still showed me several different cars to en all my questions and some I didn't realize I had. Mountain View Chevy was a great experience for me when buying my 2010 Malibu. I replaced a 2000 Malibu. I went online looking so I had an idea what to expect as far as cost on a used vehicle. I did a lot of the conversing about the car and financing right there before I even came into the office. We spoke on the phone and set up the appointment to come by that evening. Scott was a great sales person. He was very informative and pleasant to talk to you. Great personality. Not a pressure sales person. Gave my husband and I time to talk right there in the office privately to make the final decision. He really worked this deal out for us. I feel he went the extra mile to get me in this car.
