As soon as I walked onto the lot Ric was super friendly, and asked how he could help me find a car. When I told him I was interested in the Chevy Cruze he immediately took me into the showroom and went over and asked how he could help me find a car. Once I had test driven the car and was set on buying it, he even took the time to enroll me onto the Chevy website to see if I could qualify for the Credit Union Member Discount. He introduced me to everyone at the dealership that I would ever have to come back and talk with in case I had any problems with the car. I could tell that he did not want me to leave the lot without knowing everything there was to know about my new car, and he also offered his contact information in case I had any questions after I left. I was pleased with my sales experience with Jimmie. View. I normally do not buy used, but this seemed to be the best route for me to go for my needs and wants with this vehicle. I like the way the Chevy dept. is managed as I looked at Nissan trucks (can not stand the add on stickers), and looked at Ford trucks, but felt like a piece of meat when I drove on to the lot with all the sales folks standing around just waiting for me to get out and look. Jimmie was helpful, not pushy, and answered my questions in a professional manner. He has said that he will take care of a few items we discussed and I believe he will as I believe the dealership supports their sales staff which is very important to me as I too am in sales. Last, Mike Wright is a great asset to Mt. View Chevrolet service as I have worked with him for many years.
