I purchased a 2003 Ford Taurus in December 2011. I placed a deposit down on the vehicle and also had a trade-in. Before the first payment was made, I had some problems with the vehicle not starting. I had parts department repair the car and a few days later another issue with the car. When I returned the car this time with the intention of trying to trade the car, the Mt. View Chevrolet place was very cooperative with repairing my vehicle with no added expense.
