when i first walked onto the lot i had the time to walk around and look for a few minutes on my own. Then after a few minutes Travis came out and started conversation and what i was interested in and looki around and look for a few minutes on my own. We looked at a Malibu first and he was very knowledgable about the car and went through and explained the features that it had and we test drove it, and it was everything he said but i decided i wanted something a little smaller. So he took me to the Cruze Lt with the RS package and started teling me about it's features and how it rides. He was very knowledgable about it as well. I decided that was the one that i wanted and we got to talking about prices and everything and he was very helpfull with the financing process and everything. While i was there it never felt like i was being pushed or pressured into anything, he talked to me like he really wanted to help not coach or push. My overall experiance was very pleasant and i would definetely recommend them to anyone. More
