Thank you for your responses. We appreciate all feedback, either positive or negative. After some issues with a new sales system GM put in front of us, we worked diligently to make sure you were completely satisfied with the sales process. It was a bumpy road to start, but we believed we moved quickly to make sure the rest of the sales process was smooth. After the sale, you have noted some issues with the vehicle, most of which we have to consult with the manufacturer to get resolved. We are not trying to place blame somewhere else, as we know it's our responsibility to work closely with the manufacturer to get everything fixed to your satisfaction. We apologize if you felt like your concerns were not taken seriously. That's simply not the case. And we definitely have no intention to "talk to you like you're stupid." If that is the perception, we sincerely apologize. We are passionate about this business, and we are passionate about customer satisfaction. We apologize for falling short on the latter. Hopefully when the issues are resolved, you will feel much better about your Chevrolet purchase. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all feedback, either positive or negative. We are a bit surprised at your review and the statements made in it. For one, all vehicles are allowed to be test driven, no matter the situation. Our records show you were here over three-and-a-half hours, so we are not sure exactly how you were rushed out of here. Even though you left past closing time, we are very accustomed to staying late to accommodate our guests with late working hours. We never rush anyone out of here, as we want all of our guests to feel fully comfortable with the vehicle before leaving. We apologize if you felt rushed, but we don't see any indication that we were the ones rushing you out. All guests are allowed to inspect the vehicle before purchase and note any issues before signing paperwork. Those issues are typically noted upfront. Many of the issues you noted here were not listed on the WE OWE form that you and management signed at the time of your purchase. As for the lack of response, we looked in our system and saw 16 emails from the sales person, and 18 responses from you. GAP insurance does not cover job loss issues. However, when you reached out to the sales person, she promptly emailed you back with the name of the person to contact and a phone number. That person has no missed calls or messages from your number, so we are not sure where the disconnect was there. But the sales person did definitely contact you with the correct information. We are very disappointed to read the statements you made at the end of your review. As you can see from previous reviews, for the most part, we do have guests that believe they were treated with respect. We do care about our guests and want to make every experience here the best possible. We apologize that you believe we fell short in doing those things. We hope you enjoy your vehicle and wish you nothing but the best. Thank you!
