Car fever at first sight. My search for a vehicle started on the internet. Was in the market for a previously owned Cadillac. The first hit was Mtn. Before settling on this particular auto, I checked a couple of Cadillac dealers to see what they had to offer. They had several to offer, but that black CTS with low miles at Mtn. View Chevy reached out and grabbed me. I inquired about the CTS and very shortly Michelle Buggs responded. After a couple of questions and exchanges an appointment was set for the next morning for me to test drive the CTS. The rest is history, I saw the vehicle, it was car fever at first sight. The same things can be said of Sean when I was handed off to him in the business office - he was very personable and explained things clearly - not only was he looking out for Mtn. View but I sensed he was also looking out for me. I would rate my experience with them as a 5. Mtn. View management, this customer thanks you for employing people like Travis and Sean! The slightly negative - I was only given one key to the vehicle - one of those programmable keys - and from research after the purchase was completed I learned that this can be a big deal. While reading the manual that came with the car I found that it recommends that the owner have at least two keys on hand because if a key(s) is lost it is easier to replace and reprogram keys if an old key is on hand. I intend to be proactive and purchase a key rather than run the risk of losing my only key which will lead to my having to call a professional to open/start my vehicle. I would also at that point have to purchase a new key and have it programmed. It would have been nice to have had more than a couple of gallons of gas in the tank when I pulled off the lot and to have had a fresh wash. There was a film of dust and a couple of bird droppings on the car and I found out the windows were streaky when I headed into direct sunlight - had I not had a meeting to get to I believe Travis would have washed the car himself had I asked. To prospective buyers, I highly recommend Mtn. View Chevrolet! More
