The Rav4 had a cracked windshield of which we were told it would be repaired. After I signed the papers, Lanny (sales manager) came out to tell us he could not replace the windshield since he was already losing money on the sell. I am sorry he lost money on the sell, I am sure that is a rare occurance but he should have instructed his sales people better on what can or can't be repaired/replaced on a vehicle. I still went ahead and purchased the car but was not to satisfied on how the lack of the windshield repair occured. More

Raised price at delivery I had a new salesman, so after picking all my vehicle options for a new Colorado, he suggested I make the deal directly with the Sales Manager (Russ). I had a new salesman, so after picking all my vehicle options for a new Colorado, he suggested I make the deal directly with the Sales Manager (Russ). The custom order was negotiated and completed in writing. Two and a half months later when the Colorado arrived, $930 was added to the sales price. The Finance Manager (Sean) insisted that I didn't have to take the vehicle if I "wasn't completely satisfied." Well I wasn't satisfied with the way the agreed upon price was altered, nor with the take-it-or-leave-it ultimatum, and I told him so, but paid the extra and took possession anyway. I needed the vehicle by then and I like the product. However, the change of price at the last minute was poor business practice, showed lack of class and integrity, and all potential buyers should beware of this tactic especially if making a custom order.
