Friendly dealership Was greeted by the salesman that was going to tag along for a test drive. Greeted me and showed me my way to the car already running with AC on. A little lacking in the knowledge of specs that the car itself had to give (even if I already knew them it would be nice for them to tell me anyways) Specs I mean safety ratings, any awards it might have won, engine type and why its good etc. Really just anything. But other than that the experience was overall pleasant and for the most part hassle free other than a slight mistake on the paperwork that they quickly remedied. With the trip and process of buying I would say I am satisfied. More

Bad communication I brought my vehicle in for routine service and a check engine light concern. Was only supposed to be in shop for a few hours. A few hours turned in I brought my vehicle in for routine service and a check engine light concern. Was only supposed to be in shop for a few hours. A few hours turned into 4 days. The first day I had to call twice and leave two messages for them to call me back. Ended up having to order a part. Second day called twice again before they would tell me what was going on. Finally 3rd day they gave me a rental because now another part was broken and had to be fixed. More than anything they need to work on communication and letting customers know what is going on with their vehicles. More
