He did not pressure me into anything outside of my price range, but instead worked with me to find my dream truck at a reasonable price. I came away with a vehicle I plan to have for years to come at a very good payment. My finance experience was terrible. After working with Dean for hours to get a price that worked for me, and agreeing to that price, Chris presented me with a figure that was over $100 per month more than I agreed to with the sales department. He was condescending throughout our interaction and tried to pressure me into purchasing a warranty I was not interested in. When I declined the additional warranty coverage that would have put me $5,000 over the vehicle total I had agreed to with Dean, he was dismissive and no longer showed any customer service. Had it not been for Dean's outstanding work throughout the day, I would have walked away from the dealership within a few minutes of being in Chris's office. I understand part of his job is to make the dealership money, but I walked away with a sour taste from the dealership because of my interaction with him. All in all, I would absolutely recommend MTN View Chevrolet. Besides the finance experience at the end, everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. More
