ronnies review WE WERE COMPLETLY SATISFIED WITH OUR PURCHASE. EVERYBODY WAS VERY KIND. I HAVE BOUGHT 3 TRUCKS FROM MTN VIEW AND 1 CAR. I WAS TOLD THAT THAT I COULD GOOGLE THE TYPE KEY FOR THE CAR. AND BRING IT IN TO THE SERVICE DEPT AND THEY COULD CUT THE KEY AND PROGRAM. AND IT WOULDNT TAKE BUT A FEW MINUTES. THEY DIDNT TELL ME THAT I HAD TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. BUT YOUR SERVICE DEPT WAS ON TOP OF IT I WAS OUT IN 45 MINUTES. BUT WHAT I WASNT TOLD IS THE CUTTING AND PROGRAMMING OF THE KEY WAS GOING TO COST ME $95.00. OTHER THAN THAT THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND MTN VIEW FORD. They work to resolve issues and give good experience We have used this dealership with 2 past vehicles and not had any issues so we returned to this dealership. My husband wanted a truck color that they weren't getting. They said we would have to pay for it to be brought in from another dealership and the cost of shipping there. We said no and started to leave. Then one was coming in and would be there on Saturday or Monday at the latest (this was on a Friday) on the truck. We didn't here anything from them on Saturday or Monday and my husband called twice on Monday before we were told it wasn't there yet and they expected it soon. We called back again later that afternoon and everyone was gone that could help us so we waited till Tuesday. No one called us Tuesday so we called again and then finally got told to talk to the new car manager Russ. We left him a message and he called back saying that our truck was at the rail yard in Nashville at that time. He didn't know why we were told it would be delivered on Monday at the latest but said he would work to get it there as quickly as possible. Russ kept us informed and called us to check on us, as well as making sure our salesman checked in with us as well. More
