We are immensely happy with Eric. He is Kind, funny and has the patience of a saint. We came in from Hollywood, Alabama. I guess that's why the red carpet was not out for us. I was a little disappointed, no true red carpet. We had a specific car in mind to buy. your dealership had a great price within our range. We had taken what we thought was the same car at a dealership here in Scottsboro for a test ride the night before. They gave us an offer and I refused due to your price being a couple of thousand dollars cheaper. We did really like the car again. You were cheaper. And our car salesperson that I had spoken with was not available, she never even came out to say hello. They gave me a teenager to try to sell us the car. So back to Eric, We test drove the car we had talked to Eric about. And was thoroughly disappointed with the car, I felt like I was sitting in a curved cardboard box. It drove nicely, especially in the downpour. But it was nothing like the car we had test drove the night before. So we went back to Eric's office. Talked about other cars and price ranges. Used and new. I was so undecided on what to do. Times are tuff, my husband's pay has been cut due to this problem that has run rampant throughout the United States. I had informed Eric of our situation. I need a great little car with good gas mileage. I travel on our own time and money. To help out family and friends with issues, that need an extra hand. Whether it be for medical help in the house or dog sitting. Eric came up with a couple cars that were higher priced but just a little over our range. They were just like the car we test drove the night before. It had boiled down to what color. We chose the Raspberry to test drive. Eric Brought it under the covered car area and I walked outside. I fell in Love, It's pink. I was sold. Eric and my husband did what men do when it comes to pink. Thank You for hiring Eric to be a part of your family. I am completely Happy. More
