Very bad experience I tried to overlook the negative reviews. I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt. I thought to myself, no way they would post a price online for the whole world to see...and then not honor it. Like most of you I am a very busy person. I don't have time in my day to argue with a salesman about the ethics of posting an internet price that not everyone is able to get. They repeatedly tried to convince me that a "conditional price" is only for people who got a special letter in the mail from Ford. So my question is this.. WHY PUT IT ONLINE... what a shady business practice to advertise a price with a little asterisk next to it, just so that you can make an extra couple hundred dollars off of unsuspecting service members such as myself. Very disappointed with both the salesman and the sales manager. They were willing to give up the sale over a difference of $750. Bait and Switch.. Buyer Beware.. Based on what I experienced on the phone today 6/14, I now believe all the negative reviews could have been true. Please do yourself a favor, shop local in Boise or Meridian until the Ranch gets it's act together. More

He is very knowledgeable about the car and patiently explained and introduce me to the car that I wanted. The negotiation processed was straight forward and I believe I good deal on financing my car. Thanks to Michael, I had a great experience in buying my first car. I want to thank Brad Caldera also for being kind. He patiently and very kindly explained to me all my contract and warranty papers.
