Well, from the time we walked in the door, Isaon (Shawn) could not have been more polite and professional. His was very attentive to my wife when she spoke and he surely listened. Without hesitation he said; wait here and he ran to the lot and pulled up the exact car my wife was looking perfect color outside, inside and with all the right features... He was certianly paying attention to what my wife was looking for. We test drove the vehicle and Shawn explained all the vehicle’s features and discussed several available purchasing incentives. He worked with John Barone and Paul Verdi in Finance to put together a very attractive deal on my truck. The car was detailed and ready for us and Jimmy had pre-filled out all the paperwork to expedite the closing.
