He listens to the customer and researches every avenue for the customer to obtain their vehicle. He is also polite, courteous, and respectful. My fiance and I wanted to purchase a Mitsubishi Lancer from Motorworld. We test drove and were told to call back later when we decided and they could order in the car for us. After three attempted calls, to managers no less, I was promised a call back each time. We never got a call back. I called a fourth time. Finally, I was called back. The car was ordered. It came in but did not have the remote start like it was supposed to have. I was told it would be installed before I came to pick up the car, because I live an hour away from the dealer, which was fine with me, as long as it was done. When I got there, it was not installed, nor were we called and told it would not be when we got there. My fiance had to drive an hour back a week later to have it installed. It was supposed to take three-four hours. He waited for seven. Then they 'forgot' to call and tell him when it was done. So a whole day wasted later, we got the car thinking we would never have a problem again. Well that was too good to be true. My loan letter came from the bank stating my interest rate was 4.49% rather than the 2.49% we agreed on. Motorworld told the bank that the MSRP of the car was only $20,000 when it was actually $25,000. Therefore, since I took out more than $20,000, my interest rate went up on the loan. Thankfully, after many phone calls and faxes of the actual MSRP to the bank, I was able to fix it, no thanks to Motorworld. I really don't get angry, but I have never been more infuriated in my life. If another Mitsubishi dealer was closer, I would go there in a heartbeat, and will from now on. I hate them and tell everyone about my experience I can. I thought car salesmen wanted to sell cars, not make it complicated and push people away? More
Dan was our saleman and he was very good. Ken the man who did the paperwork and the loan papers was very bad because he didn't explain what the full payments would be he told us what the payment would be but did the paperwork and the loan papers was very bad because he didn't explain what the full payments would be he told us what the payment would be but did not show us the complete loan papers and explain what we would be paying in total. He said sign here sign here and we waited a very long time for him and it was push to get out the door. Yes we could of asked to see the full loan papers but we were pushed with the paperwork and we were there a very long time. More

My daughter was buying her very first brand new car and Tony was terrific.. When she did not understand something he had no problem explaining it to her again. I was very impressed with the salesman, Gary. I came to Motorworld ready to purchase a new car but had no idea what I wanted. Gary listened to what I was willing to spend and what I was looking for in a car. He helped me choose a car that I am extremely happy with that fits me perfectly. Gary took me step by step through the whole process. He explained financial options that I was not aware of. I got a much better car than I expected for the money I was willing to spend. Not once did I feel pressured or pushed in the direction of a vehicle I was not certain of. While waiting for Gary to return with financial information, another salesman saw me sitting and questioned if I would like a drink. I was empressed. The Financial Manager, who's name I do not remember, was also a very nice gentlemen and provided me with a lot of information. I have already told friends and family about my experience and hope they also go to Motorworld for their next vehicle. I know I will. More
Gary was a great help during our SUV search. He never pressered us in to any sales, he listened to what we wanted and did not presser us to look at something else which we have run up against with other pressered us in to any sales, he listened to what we wanted and did not presser us to look at something else which we have run up against with other dealerships and also other sales people. Gary also was very good at explainning all the details of are new SUV to us before we left. We are going to be in the market for a new car in about 4 to 6 months and I will diffently be going back to Gary and we have already recommend Gary to others. The whole experience and process was very pleasurable as it should be. Most other Dealers cause the buying experience to be much more lengthly and burdensome for the consumer.
