While we understand your frustrations, you were informed during your last service appointment about the loaner policy, and your loaner car was not returned when it should have been therefore, you are no longer eligible for a loaner car. These policies are put in place by the manufacturer and need to be followed in order to be eligible for a loaner vehicle.
