No customer service skills what so ever. Very rude! When trying to talk to him he just talks over you. Doesn't want to even begin to hear the customer's side of the story. I've dealt with Mike Gyory with Service on my 2020 Hyundai Palisade I recently traded in at another dealership. During the time I had it serviced there, with record keeping with the Platinum Service Hyundai Palisade I recently traded in at another dealership. During the time I had it serviced there, with record keeping with the Platinum Service Contract I was sold, if it weren't for a direct line into Mike I don't know where I'd turn to. Nobody at Motorworld but Mike was willing to help sort out this service contract. I can't thank Mike enough for his patience with me, professional attitude to put the customer first, I consider him a person that will go above and beyond to help. Now for the Motorworld in general, I will never buy another vehicle there because once you buy it, your forgotten. Thankfully Mike didn't forget me and tried his best to make things right. More

I had an issue with my brand new 2022 Hyundai Palisade from the factory and he took the time to explain to me how he would res his excellent service.
