Bill and Brian made what could have been a very trying experience into one that was very pleasurable. When buyhing a new car it is a very tring experience due to the fact that there are many companies wit experience into one that was very pleasurable. MotorWorld and the staff spent time with me informing me of what they could do for me and how the process worked and made everything very simple. I was looking at the 2010 Santa Fe and 2011 Kia Sorento. Made multiple internet contacts and visited four dealerships. Finally decided on the Santa Fe but the color of choice was nowhere to be found. Our salesman, Brian, located one in MA and was able to do a dealer trade. My wife also wanted a 2011 Sonata and he was able to make a trade for that one also. Walked into dealership were warmly greated by Gary Blackledge and bought a new Elanta. The time was late and Gary and his team closed the sale no hassles at all. My wife and I were in need of a new car. We are beginning travel, to follow our younger son's college baseball at Rider University. There are many long wekends of travel upcoming. It has been a good car for us. We kept up on its expected car maintenance with regularly scheduled oil / filter changes. For the most-part, we brought the Elantra to MotorWorld for its scheduled maintenance. Whenever there were issues, outside of the normal scheduled maintenance, we always brought it to MotorWorld for service. MotorWorld has always been courteous, reliable and did great work. So with that said, why wouldn't we come back to MotorWorld and Hyundai. The Sales staff was great. Worked well with us. Was always willing to go above and beyond. Salesman (Gary) took the time to explain ALL of the features of the vehicle. This 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited has alot of bells and whistles. We left there with a beautiful new car and the knowledge of how everything works. In all of my years of driving, I do not ever remember having such an simple and enjoyable expierence. MotroWorld certainly knows how to make their customers feel at ease. More
