My wife and I decided to buy a new car for our daughter who goes to Villanova University. In her senior year she has to live off campus and needs a dependable car. We decided to go to Motorworld in Wilkes-Barre to look at cars. We saw the Hyundai accent and fell in love with it. Our next step was the dreaded thought of dealing with the car salesman. Gary Blackledge came out to us and it was a blessing. Gary is a super person and salesman. We were very pleased with the price, how he wasn't pushy and how he got as excited as us about buying this car for our daughter. He arranged everything so that we were able to surprise her.He was very thorough in his explanation about the car and it's functions with our daughter.He even stayed after the time he was scheduled to leave to make our day a success. He has changed my thoughts about the car salesman. Gary is such an asset to Motorworld that when I am ready to buy another car or any of my friends are, I will recommend this dealership.He is a employee that Motorworld should be thankful they have working for them. For this purchase, a 2010 Santa Fe, we had a 2009 Genesis that was coming off lease and Kevin gave us great information about some end of lease options that we not aware of. They also went so far as to find the Santa Fe in the exact color my wife wanted. The Santa Fe is the 5th Hyundai we have owned and all of them have been serviced here: Eric & Scott are exceptional Service Managers and take care of all our service needs. Ms. Klimaitis is friendly, competent and professional. She listened to what we wanted and met our needs. We didn't feel any "sales pressure" that we have felt at other dealerships. We recently purchased a certified used 09 Hyundai. This is our fourth Hyundai, and we find the reliability of the automobile and the dealership exceptional. We have one small problem with an indicator ligh is our fourth Hyundai, and we find the reliability of the automobile and the dealership exceptional. We have one small problem with an indicator light being burned out that was missed during the certified inspection, but arrangements have been made to correct this. Counting our daughter 4 cars purchased from this dealer in 7 years is pretty good. More
