I have been a Subaru person for over 16 years. I have always been loyal to my local dealership, however the new 2011 Sonata caught my eye. I test drove the vehicle and was hooked. What put the icing on the cake was my overall experience with Motor World. They made me feel at home, I walked through the showroom and lot as if I worked there. They all were so knowledgeable of the product and the process, all went smoothly with a hitch. I have been buying new cars all of my life and have never been called to check and see if i were happy with the car once I got it home. In the past after you left the lot, you never heard another word from the sales department. If I had known this is the type of service I was to receive, I would have purchased here along time ago. My son, Dan, dealt with Gary, Sales, initially over the telephone about the Hyundai Tiburon that he had found during a search online. Gary was kind enough to take as much information from him as possible over the phone on Monday, 05 July, as our family had visited the dealership (Wilks-Barre) on Sunday, saw the car, looked it over and decided to make an offer. When we arrived at the dealership on Monday, Gary proved to be one of the nicest salespersons we had ever dealt with. Since the car was going to be my son's, he spoke directly with him, very professionally. My son drove the car with Gary while I waited in the dealership. During my wait, Bill came over to introduce himself, which I found unexpected. We had a nice conversation and I was pleasantly surprised by the way he handled himself. Then, knowing that my son was going to take the car immediately to Maryland, he provided me with the name and address of the dealership in Towson, MD, where my son could obtain service in that area. I also noticed that he also kept up with everything going on, as he ensured every customer had a sales representative helping them. When my son returned and decided to go ahead with the purchase, we were introduced to Kevin for explanations regarding financing the car and the option coverages that could be purchased. Rather than being stuffy and uninformative, Kevin proved to be a delight for the entire family to deal with. He provided an excellant overview of the financing, the optional coverage and further suggestions on financing. All done with a smile, humor and honesty. Your dealership has an excellent team in these three men, and they should be commended on the way they handle themselves with customers - honest, informative - with a touch of humor. To put it in "bottom line" terms, despite having to travel from the Allentown area (about 1 hour of travel), my son indicated that if the car needs any work, or if he decides to have some options installed, he would make the trip back to your dealership. And the rest of us commented that should we decide to purchase other cars in the future, your dealership is the first spot we'd stop, and recommed to everyone we know. Every single person that worked in the Hyundai department was very welcoming and they all introduced themselves on their own. They made sure that every person there (in your family) understood the all of the options and purchases instead of just focusing on just the single buyer. The finance portion of the department is very willing to work with any offer and is always trying to give you the best price. Both the sales and the finance people were extrememly friendly and actually turned the stressful event of buying/financing a car into a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for an exceptional car with top shelf service behind it. I wanted to lease a 2011 Sonata Limited in Red. I was at end of a previous lease on a Honda. Because of the turn-in-date , I was'nt giving the dealer much time to locate my preferred car. The sales manager worked hard to get me my second choice. It turns out I like this color better. I was very happy with the price and condition of vehicle as delivered. My wife and I decided to buy a new car for our daughter who goes to Villanova University. In her senior year she has to live off campus and needs a dependable car. We decided to go to Motorworld in Wilkes-Barre to look at cars. We saw the Hyundai accent and fell in love with it. Our next step was the dreaded thought of dealing with the car salesman. Gary Blackledge came out to us and it was a blessing. Gary is a super person and salesman. We were very pleased with the price, how he wasn't pushy and how he got as excited as us about buying this car for our daughter. He arranged everything so that we were able to surprise her.He was very thorough in his explanation about the car and it's functions with our daughter.He even stayed after the time he was scheduled to leave to make our day a success. He has changed my thoughts about the car salesman. Gary is such an asset to Motorworld that when I am ready to buy another car or any of my friends are, I will recommend this dealership.He is a employee that Motorworld should be thankful they have working for them. They also went so far as to find the Santa Fe in the exact color my wife wanted. The Santa Fe is the 5th Hyundai we have owned and all of them have been serviced here: Eric & Scott are exceptional Service Managers and take care of all our service needs.
