hi! my husband and i set out from home to see where we would get the best deal on a hyundai tucson. we arrived at motorworld and met art. he was very helpful and told us about all the pro and cons about t would get the best deal on a hyundai tucson. we arrived at motorworld and met art. he was very helpful and told us about all the pro and cons about the tucson and santa fe. since i am the driver, my husband is legally blind, both cars looked too high to get into for a lady who is getting older. we went for a walk through the showroom and came upon the elantra station wagon. art explained all about the sw, so we went for a test drive. i was sold!!! when we got back to the dealership we started the purchase. i had an enterprie rent a car and was informed a rental office was at the dealership. art told us it would be about 45 mins until all the paperwork was done so my husband and i we went for lunch. on the way back we stopped at rent a car and returned the car we had. there was to be a charge because i was returning it at a different location than the one i rented it at but the employee we taked to said they were going to waive the fee(don't know if art had anything to do with that). i called art to pick us up and he came in the sw. when i got in he said the car was ours and we proceeded to sign the papers. it was the most surreal experience i ever had at a car dealership and art made it a real pleasure. we got to the dealerhip in the morning and arrived home around 3pm with a new car. AWESOME More

I first requested a quote via email and received a very prompt initial response, as well as several follow ups. I scheduled an appointment and then met with Art. I previously test drove a Santa Fe and wa prompt initial response, as well as several follow ups. I scheduled an appointment and then met with Art. I previously test drove a Santa Fe and was unsure if I would be better off with a Tucson or Santa Fe. So I test drove a Tucson. I didn't feel there was enough power as I am used to 6 cylinders. Art was the best car salesman I ever met. I had my 2 year old son with me and so I told Art to cut to the chase and get me good numbers and find a vehicle that matched my requirements. In no time he found me a white Santa Fe with AWD and black interior. And the price for both my trade in and the Santa Fe were great! Plus all the extras! He had me so figured out that in addition to loving my Santa Fe, I even loved the orange coffee mug and keychain that he picked out for me! When he called to schedule my pickup I was disappointed because it was supposed to rain all day the day I would be picking it up. When I arrived, Art had it parked inside the showroom to keep it dry for me to see! Talk about great customer service! Art was wonderful and I will definately purchase future cars from him! I hope when I return to Motorworld for service they are as welcoming and customer-oriented as Art! More

A long story that started in Dec 14 2010 so long story short : The service dept help arrange a loaner car that day also kept me informed of my car situation as the service dept and my insurance compan short : The service dept help arrange a loaner car that day also kept me informed of my car situation as the service dept and my insurance company tried to determine why my 2007 vehicle motor failed, they ( motor world and Hyundai Corp rep )found no good reason why the bearing failed other than bad materials used to manufacturer this part from a third party vendor to make the vehicles motor( bearing did fail but the comment of third party vendor materials used causing this failure is my "personal comment" not Hyundai Corp. This vehicle was all highway miles with regularily performed maintenances) MotorWorld gave me a great trade on my vehicle and a great deal on a new car , the new 2011 Sonata is a great choice, I love it.
