When we arrived at the dealership Art Schaffer, our salesman was waiting with coffee and the car was as promised, prepped, washed, and ready for a test drive. After the purchase, Art spent 2 hours explaining the operation of the car. He made sure my wife was comfortable with the safety and navigation technology and paired both our phones. He made sure we had his phone numbers in case we had any further questions. We completed the entire purchase in 3 hours. More

love the sales dept. not so much service dept all the time I am thrilled with Dave Hook in the sales department and the others with who I worked. However, with my last vehicle I did have an issue with the you I am thrilled with Dave Hook in the sales department and the others with who I worked. However, with my last vehicle I did have an issue with the young man who greeted me for one of my scheduled appointments for service. He basically dismissed me and told me I would be best off to get my oil changed elsewhere because they were really busy at the time of my appointment. It was not so much that they were busy at my appointment time that made me angry and frustrated, it was his quick dismissal without an offer of an alternate time etc. From that time forward I got my oil changes etc. elsewhere. I may give the service dept. another try in the future but not sure yet. I emailed Motorworld immediately following this incident and while the young lady who received it responded by telling me she would channel the email from me to administration, nobody else ever contacted me. I don't like that they only follow up with you when you have a positive experience. More

He was honest, friendly and truly knows how to sell cars the right way. Never once did I feel that he was pushy or trying to scam me. I returned in 2016 specifically requesting Gary. Thanks to him, I am now the extremely satisfied owner of a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I loved my first Elantra so much that it was a no-brainer to lease a second one. I cannot thank him enough. More
