Horrible Customer Service Some how someone is able to unlock my doors to break in my car. I call Honda, they say that’s not possible. I call MotorWorld and find out they want to charge me $60 to find out what the glitch was. Forget that. This is combined with the fact that it took me 2 months to try to get the guy from the body shop to call me back for repairs. I’ve given up on that one. Last time I am buying a car from Motorworld. The utter lack of customer service I get every time I go there is disgusting. More
Great service to this out of town Honda Pilot owner! Brian, the Honda Service Advisor, helped us out on a Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. with a repair needed on our Honda Pilot. A tire rotation and oil change was scheduled for a Honda Insight with 16000 miles on it. The work took from 11:30 AM (scheduled appointment) until 2:15 pm. The car was not washed. There was a loud rattle in the dash (not present before I took the car in) when I picked up the car. The cost for the service was$67 (after a $5 discount, which I consider excessive). It took four phone calls and a call to the Customer Relations agent to finally get someone to call me back so that I could find out that the warranty was covered by warranty and could be taken care of by another Honda dealer, since I will never return to Motorworld. More
I interacted with Motorworld a few times. Purchased a new car, installed accessories and performed periodic maintenance. Here are my observations: 1. Car purchase - pretty smooth process. All the paper work was done within 2hrs and I was able to leave the dealership with a car soon after the purchase decision was made. The two complains a) a dashboard piece was missing in a new car (gear lock plug). I noticed this during the test drive and let the associate know about it. It took almost 3 weeks to get the right piece (twice wrong color was offered to me). At the end the problem was fixed. b) car third row seats (trunk side)/surrounding plastics were a little bit dirty. I had to clean them. 2. Accessories installation: I installed roof rails/cross bars at MW. Job was done as scheduled. At home found one cross-bar loose - one bolt was not tightened correctly. I tried to address this by myself to avoid driving time waste, but unfortunately I damaged one of the bolts and was unable to fix it. I was ready to pay MW for fixing the problem (as I had no proof that an initial issue existed), but they took care of the problem for free, replacing damaged component. Big plus. 3. Service (oil, inspection, tire rotation) - job was done as scheduled, price was competitive. More
Had service (recall) scheduled for 2010 Accord. I was told I would have a loaner car available over the phone. Once I got there the lady told me Honda would not cover a loaner so I would have to resched told I would have a loaner car available over the phone. Once I got there the lady told me Honda would not cover a loaner so I would have to reschedule. This was already an inconvenience for me & she made no effort to even work with me. I emailed Honda about this matter & they never even responded. This is my third new vehicle I purchased from Motorworld & it may very well be my last. More
After 3 visits for the same problem, I'm through with them. The last visit really showed what kind of people they are - left the vehicle overnight to have an alignment done and a front end checked, as th them. Before I dropped off the vehicle I checked all 4 tires with a digital gauge and made sure they were equal and at the mfg's spec. After returning home with the vehicle and letting the tires cool, I checked the pressure in all 4 tires. The 2 left tires were 4 psi lower than when taken in and the 2 right tires were 2 psi higher. I suppose most people would never have noticed or checked this but I maintain my vehicles very well and have learned some of the tricks that these dealers play. I also know that one of the first things that needs to be done on a proper alignment is to be sure the tire pressures are in spec. I have to assume that this was all that they did to the vehicle because when the pressures were corrected the vehicle performed the same as before. I would not trust them with a bicycle. More
My Honda CRV was rear ended. The body shop worked in concert with the service department to do the body work as well as the regular maintenance that was required. It was all done within 24 of dropping off the vehicle for body work and while I still had the rental from Enterprise that was covered under the insurance. My CRV was returned in perfect condition and body shop personnel handled the service transaction when I dropped off th rental. Talk about one stop shopping. The coordination and service between departments was as percise as a Swiss watch. Between the sales service from Rich Moore, and the service provided by Mike Flynn and numerous others, I would not consider going elsewhere for sales or service. Between Rich Moore being procactive in customer satisfaction and matching you with the right car at exceptional deals and Mike Flynn keeping the vehicles finely tuned machines, there is no reason to look any further. Mike and Rich always go the extra mile. More
