My Honda CRV was rear ended. The body shop worked in concert with the service department to do the body work as well as the regular maintenance that was required. It was all done within 24 of dropping off the vehicle for body work and while I still had the rental from Enterprise that was covered under the insurance. My CRV was returned in perfect condition and body shop personnel handled the service transaction when I dropped off th rental. Talk about one stop shopping. The coordination and service between departments was as percise as a Swiss watch. Between the sales service from Rich Moore, and the service provided by Mike Flynn and numerous others, I would not consider going elsewhere for sales or service. Between Rich Moore being procactive in customer satisfaction and matching you with the right car at exceptional deals and Mike Flynn keeping the vehicles finely tuned machines, there is no reason to look any further. This dealer is the most friendly, courteous and helpful of the ten or so I have encountered in 50 years. They appear to be dedicated to being the best in every way. Buying a Honda from them was a smooth and fair process without any of the famous dealership manager-salesman pressuring interplay--you know, where the salesman takes his offer sheet to the manager and comes back with, "I'm sorry but my manager won't let me do this (or that). I find this extra solicition a bit of a pain since I already gave one on the phone. This dealer has been good with me has tried to do an excellent job. The only concern is paying for it. Since I have had no mechanical problems with my Honda and I take it to the dealer for oil change and lube plus inspection I guess I can't complain to much about the cost. More
I was extremely pleased with the service and extra effort in my recent visit to Motorworld. My new 2011 Honda Pilot ran into a deer and was at Motorworld Collision. I also needed a wiring harness for the t in my recent visit to Motorworld. My new 2011 Honda Pilot ran into a deer and was at Motorworld Collision. I also needed a wiring harness for the trailer hitch (Accessies Department) and oil & filter change (Service Department). Several employees worked to help me get this all coordinated so that I only made one stop to pick up my Pilot when the body work was completed. All work was completed at that time. All receipts were in one location from all work from three departments - Service, Collision and Accessories. This saved me from having to stop at 3 different locations on the Motorworld complex. The body work was excellent; Can't even tell it was ever smashed! Service, understanding and courtesy were terrific. My sincere thanks to Don Engler, Aaron Fenyus, and Mike & BJ in Service. The Service of the vehicle is very good. But some of the customer service is not so commendable. I was made to wait for about 20 mins while the person was doing paperwork. Receptionist who helped me was professional and courteous. This was my second trip to MotorWorld for service, and I was very satisfied both times. I get excellent treatment, everything is explained in detail. My vehicle is serviced in a timely manner. I never have to wait for excessive amounts of time.
