Gretchen takes the time to know her customers and is able to direct them to the appropriate model and features of their new mini that will satisfy them! This is our second Mini purchased through this dealership and through Gretchen. Our first 2003 Cooper S gave us many miles of smiles! When the time came to upgrade to the 2012 Mini S Countryman, we knew exactly who to contact. We never even test drove any other model or maker of small size SUV's (Honda CRV, Ford Edge, etc) because we knew that Mini was a perfect fit for us! Gretchen walked us through the ordering process, kept us informed of every detail of production and delivery, and made sure our delivery experience was first rate! More

I have owned a mini cooper for a year now and each time I've taken it in for service they have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the car. It is always returned clean and nice as new.
