Purchased new 2011 Mini Cooper here and will never never take my car here again or purchase another vehicle here due their poor service department. Took my 2011 Mini in due to check engine light and missin take my car here again or purchase another vehicle here due their poor service department. Took my 2011 Mini in due to check engine light and missing. They did a diagnostic and told me me that I needed a new engine and quoted me 17,008.58 for a new engine. Car had 86,000 miles on it and they did not perform or recommend looking at valves, doing a compression check or any other diagnostics. Though did offer me to trade it in for a new car. Took car to indepenent shop and they fixed vehicle for about what Mini charged me for an incomplote erroneous diagnostic. The valves needed cleaning as is common issue with the Mini Cooper direct injected engines. More
