I have never enjoyed the car-buying process, but I have to say that my experience at Motorwerks was a very good one. The used car inventory is high quality, and Art found me the perfect vehicle to test dri to say that my experience at Motorwerks was a very good one. My car has a after market warranty and the staff did a great job making sure that all the things were covered on it. Art Hancock is a unique and thoroughly enjoyable person to deal with when looking for a vehicle. He figured out in a few minutes what car size and price would be good for us and demonstrated his excellent to deal with when looking for a vehicle. We were sold on the BMW within a very short time of our arrival. Even when he knew that we would be purchasing one of the cars, he was still available as long as we needed to be certain which one we wanted, including a thorough "checkout" of the vehicle and it's features and systems and multiple test drives. A most enjoyable experience! We would recommend Art Hancock and Motorwerks BMW to anyone! More

The seat heater in my E53 X5 burned through the seat leather and BMWNA flew replacement parts in from Germany to have the problem fixed. I only had to pay for the minimal labor charge. I’ve now owned my new 2012 BMW 550i x-drive for a little over 2 weeks. She’s carbon-black with the sports package and I must say I’ve not been dissapointed. What a treat. Having owned 2 BMWs in years past over 2 weeks. She’s carbon-black with the sports package and I must say I’ve not been dissapointed. What a treat. Having owned 2 BMWs in years past (a 530 & 635) I was delighted to find the driving experience was still the joy I remembered it to be. The car is luxurious and, did I mention, fast! When I want power, it’s there...all while being wrapped in luxury with superb handling qualities. Plus, the buying experience at Motorwerks BMW in Bloomington was equally as superb. Art Hancock, my sales rep, went not only out of his way, but above and beyond the call of duty to make sure every detail was handled quickly and efficiently. Art worked closely with Todd Koosmann, the detail manager, who made sure my new BMW was is perfect condition. Bud Malin answered, with patience and a smile, every service question I could anticipate. Since I travel extensively to Canada, it was important to decipher the ins and outs of leasing versus purchasing and Todd Cadle, the business manager, made sure my interests were protected and my choice the best possible. And Bob Splittstoesser, the sales manager, was equally as responsive regarding the financial negotiations which ultimately led to my purchase. This was a “team effort” on the part of Motorwerks...one that I appreciated.
