I live in Illinois and travel to the Minneapolis area frequently. I stopped by Motorwerks on a recent visit to check out a pre-driven Toyota Highlander Hybrid I had seen online. The car was great, and the deal was extremely fair - but even better, was my salesman, Art Hancock, a down-to-earth, straight shooter. He went the extra mile every step of the way, including delivering the vehicle to my hotel for the long drive home to Illinois. Do yourself a favor, and check out Motorwerks. Its one of the most impressive dealerships I've ever seen - 4 floors of beautiful BMW's, Mini's and related accessories. And speaking of beautiful, thanks to Betsy Walsh, the business manager who made the financing and closing deal painless. I don't buy a lot of cars, but this is one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Thanks, Motorwerks! More
Poor communication around the timing for a recall/service experience. Supposed to be able to pick up car in an hour and despite telling the dearship twice that I would be back in an hour, they thought they experience. After being told it was ready and a shuttle would call in 5 minutes to arrange to pick me up, I had to call back 30 minutes later. After arriving to pick my car up, I had to wait for 30 minutes. Not the typical experience that I've had in the past and one that disappointed greatly. More

Considering the amount of cars they service each day, everybody is extremely solicitous from the service writer to the loaner car p ever experienced! I went to look at a car for my son at Bloomington, MN. Art Hancock was our sales person. We took several cars and I ended up buying a Grand Prix for my son and an Escape for myself. The car bought for my Art Hancock was our sales person. We took several cars and I ended up buying a Grand Prix for my son and an Escape for myself. The car bought for my son had 146,000 miles on it. It has some issues with in 24 hours. I called Art and I brought it back and they fixed it even thought it was sold "as is". Art personally followed up to besure it was taken care of. The processing when purchasing is slow due to the business of the dealership. But maybe that is a good sign that they are busy. More

Then someone told me about shopping on the internet via CarGurus. Found Motorwerks BMW in Bloomington MN with a good rating and what appeared to be fair prices. Contacted Motorwerks and was put in touch with Jack Woodring. He is truly a professional and did a fine job answering all of my questions. Plus, he provided me with a very competitive quote. I was a bit apprehensive buying a car over 1,000 miles away. Working with Jack made this whole process extremely easy. He did exactly what he said he was going to do every step of the way. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Jack Woodring. It was an extremely pleasant experience. More
Going into the showroom, service department, boutique, or just plain getting a greeting from the doorman as you enter... this place makes you feel like a rock star! I have nothing but great things to say abo just plain getting a greeting from the doorman as you enter... this place makes you feel like a rock star! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with my two visits to have some work done on my super awesome Mini (which I bought at Luther but have work done here). Can't wait to upgrade in a couple years to the Boxter and seeing all the same friendly faces for years to come! Kudo's to a great team of employees you have assembled. More
I have had service done on my 2006 BMW 530xi for the past 3 years. The service is good and Dana is always right there when I drop off the car for inspection and check-in, and listens to why I brought the car 3 years. He always ask questions on service I may have overlooked, and recommends what is covered and provides me options and cost estimates. The service is either completed on time or ahead of schedule. Unfortunately service is not cheap on BMW's and for some reason these cars seem to need more service than other cars I have owned. I love the BMW engineering but the it does fall a little short on the quality side. More
John is great! He kept me informed and worked with my extended warranty provider to take care of all my concerns. When I dropped my car off for the repairs I received shuttle service to my job, and wh extended warranty provider to take care of all my concerns. When I dropped my car off for the repairs I received shuttle service to my job, and when it was determined that my car would need to stay there over the weekend I was offered shuttle service back to the dealership and they provided a loaner car for the weekend at no charge. My repairs are complete and I could not be happier with the service I received. Thanks John! More
Stay away from this place. I purchases 3 vehicles from here so its not that I dont know what I am talking about. However they have gotten very cocky, the service level is terrible, they scam you, and forg here so its not that I dont know what I am talking about. My last car was a rip off, made in South Africa and I had to bring it back 5 times to be repaired. You would think that they would have done something for a repeat customer; Instead, I had to contact several people at BMW to be given a credit of $250... Trust me when you are paying for a BMW, $250 is not much. Getting in touch with General Manager is a joke. He is too busy playing golf to contact you back. a I got ripped off, dont let them rip you off. BMW motorwerks has terrible service and they dont need your business. Ive emailed them asking for options on fixing the current problems I have with my BMW, they wont even respond to my e-mails Horrible dealership - not good representation of the BMW brand. More
