I took my vehicle to Motorwerks as a result of a failure with my braking system that nearly caused an accident. This dealership was the closest dealer at the time of the incident. The service advisor test drove the vehicle and noticed the problem. He returned with his manager about half an hour later to tell me the vehicle was not safe to drive. Despite the saftey issues, the service manager said Motorwerks would not repair my vehicle and asked if I wanted my BMW towed to an independent repair shop. I told the service manager that my car still has BMW warranty and I would need to have the repairs done at a BMW dealer if the defective part is to be covered under warranty. I then called BMW North America and the head of BMW customer relations called the service manager about the situation. The service manager still declined to work on the vehicle. BMW North America then arranged for a loaner vehicle and towed my vehicle to another dealer who performed the repairs. I am dissapointed that Motorwerks would not repair the vehicle despite confirming the vehicle was not safe to drive. More
I first started o work with Charlie on finding a Mini, he was very knowledgable, and I could easily relate to him. Loved the personalized attention and past owner recognition at this dealership. Dale's constant attention to detail, dedication to the account (follow ups) , and persoanlized buying experience would make me want to come back for another car without even batting an eye. More

After using Moterwerks service for about 1 year - I am confident trusting them with my 3-series. Still under extended warranty and service so no comment on pricing (but the $70 synthetic oil/filter change seems very reasonable). More
This was our first time at Motorwerks BMW. We walked in the door and were greeted right away. We were introduced to Art and we told him we were looking for a nice, safe car for our daughter to drive. I worked with a different sales person the first time I leased a BMW from Motorwerks and had a good experience. I was disappointed that he left but was very pleasantly surprised at how much better my expe leased a BMW from Motorwerks and had a good experience. He is very easy to work with and didn't make me feel uncomfortable when I had special requests. I am very hopeful to work with Dylan again on my next transaction. More
I called in at least one week prior to setup a appointment, arrived at the dealership and explained the problem, then I waited for almost 45 minuts to a hour for the shuttle, the wait is not the p appointment, arrived at the dealership and explained the problem, then I waited for almost 45 minuts to a hour for the shuttle, the wait is not the proble because I appreciate the shuttle but no one ever came out and informed me of where the shuttle was untill I had to ask. Then that day I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle which was around 3:00 pm finding out they just started on it, why do I make a appointment for ? Found out that it wont be done now I have to scrammble to find transportation, I work in St Paul and live in Brooklyn Park, this put me in a bad spot but I worked it out, next day same thing car wasnt done untill 4:00 pm and I was suppose to be in Coon Rapdids at 6:30, this wasnt going to happen I havent even been picked up , so once again I had to rearrnge my schedule, shuttle arrived at 4:45 and we proceeded to Motorworks, arrived and went to pay the Bill and now the Invoice is incorrect, overcharged, finally got that solved and off I was. Bottom line is no communication and mistakes but the service on the vehicle is great, next time if they cant get to my car at 7:30 then call me before hand so I can make a decesion or reschedule. More
