I called in at least one week prior to setup a appointment, arrived at the dealership and explained the problem, then I waited for almost 45 minuts to a hour for the shuttle, the wait is not the p appointment, arrived at the dealership and explained the problem, then I waited for almost 45 minuts to a hour for the shuttle, the wait is not the proble because I appreciate the shuttle but no one ever came out and informed me of where the shuttle was untill I had to ask. Then that day I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle which was around 3:00 pm finding out they just started on it, why do I make a appointment for ? Found out that it wont be done now I have to scrammble to find transportation, I work in St Paul and live in Brooklyn Park, this put me in a bad spot but I worked it out, next day same thing car wasnt done untill 4:00 pm and I was suppose to be in Coon Rapdids at 6:30, this wasnt going to happen I havent even been picked up , so once again I had to rearrnge my schedule, shuttle arrived at 4:45 and we proceeded to Motorworks, arrived and went to pay the Bill and now the Invoice is incorrect, overcharged, finally got that solved and off I was. Bottom line is no communication and mistakes but the service on the vehicle is great, next time if they cant get to my car at 7:30 then call me before hand so I can make a decesion or reschedule. He isa remarkable salesman. Do yourselves a favor next time you go to MW.. Insist on dealing with Rick. He is knowledgable, very courteous, and gives you good deals without any haggling. He made my car purchase an enjoyable experience. I've bought 4-5 cars, I've never had anyone take pictures for me and my family in the new car. Believe me, he is phenomenal. More
