He had great fol I worked with Ryan Kaulbars for a purchase of a CPO BMW. Initially I was not sure what vehicle I was intending to purchase or lease. He had great follow-up with BMW incentives, what BMW financial was going to offer for lease turn-in, what new CPO inventory was arriving, etc. He worked with me during the deal making process and never seemed pushy or irritated. He always seemed to have my satisfaction during the process at the top of the list. His communication during the process was excellent, from morning to evening he was available. After purchase and delivery, he worked to help resolve a few minor issues with the finance dept, parts dept, and service dept. Overall he is an excellent client advisor that works hard for his clients before, during, and after the deal. You can tell he is a BMW enthusiast and values his customers and his ongoing relationship with them. More
Saved $9500 at AutoSource!! Buying a user car from them (likely a new car too) would be a very costly mistake. Just read other reviews. I traded in a 2009 535i and bought a 2012 535i from AutoSource and saved $9500 when compared to a similar deal offered by Motorwerks! In fairness, the Motorwerks 2012 535i was certified and had 5000 fewer miles, but still $9500. They get away with this because there is little competition and people get sucked in to the fancy building, big smiles the BMW cache and, clearly, they sell plenty of cars anyway. Confront them with the fact that they are way overpriced and they just smile and lay on the charm - General Manager included. I have to hand it to them, they have perfected the art of getting people to pay way more than they should or have to. My advice: call AutoSource or Poquet and just tell them what you want and they will find you a great deal via auction and give you a much better trade in deal. Done it twice myself with AutoSource. There were table-turning questions, trips to see the manager, and a refusal to share the money factor, what my down payment was actually going towards, etc. This was the way car buying was 10 or 20 years ago, but not today and should not be tolerated. I happily leased from a different BMW dealer with a completely different sales experience. More

When the vehicle's complicated settings stumped me, he made arrangements for a BMW "Genius" to come to my home to explain the features and even program the garage door opener. I would definitely contact Clayton again for my next vehicle purchase. More

BUNCH OF CROOKS!! The salesman I dealt with was adequate but their finance department excelled in misleading people and would not help correct a problem they created! They promise the world with ease of cancellation if you should decide against it but it doesn't always work out that way. I guess someone has to support Roger Penske's hobbies. Another interesting occurrence was that they didn't properly put on the oil filter when they changed the oil so it leaked all over our driveway in the next couple days after we had it. Thanks guys!! Lack of Professionalism I had been here on several occasions recently and in the past and received the typical treatment I've come to expect from BMW dealers; Unprofessional I had been here on several occasions recently and in the past and received the typical treatment I've come to expect from BMW dealers; Unprofessional with no follow-up. I do not appreciate being judged by the dealer for my own wants, needs, and opinions regarding my next purchase while being told things are my fault for not getting on top of things sooner, which goes back to my first experience of no follow-up. Comments such as this from Dale Stinar, "This program has been available for some time and you could have ordered a vehicle to your specifications. Your decisions have created this situation. Don’t blame BMW for the choices you are making in your vehicle search." are directly related to not receiving proper follow-up months earlier. Not to mention BMW doesn't seem to market any of these "Incentive Offers". You only find out about them by coming in and asking questions. I also don't appreciate condescending comments such as this from Dale Stinar, "Really? Saving $1918.69 is inconsequential?" Yes I do find it inconsequential and I don't need to explain why I do, I just do. I get far better treatment when I go in and order a $1500 suit, yet theses dealers act like they can't spend more than a few minutes working a deal in a professional manner as you debate a $65,000 purchase. I will never step foot in this dealership again and quite frankly BMW in general has definitely not lived up to expectations from a customer service issue, which I could go on about in regard to poor design and manufacturing defects which they seem to be OK with. Spend your money elsewhere.... More
