Nice new car with one hiccup Sales and trade in experience was very good. We came to a reasonable deal on a 2016 328i xdrive well outfitted. They found a model that was almost exactly what I was looking for and had it shipped up from Chicago and had it here in a day. The purchasing was easy and fairly quick and they were helpful with going over the car's systems and set up. I would buy from Ang again. Very knowledgable and personable - super easy to work with. Only hiccup was some one forgot to take the car out of transport mode which resulted in making It look like the back up camera did not work and the chassis stability system was malfunctioning. I had to leave the car with them a few days later and got it back in two days properly configured. They worked hard to get the issue resolved quickly. They gave me a loaner so not that big of a deal. All is well. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. More

PUSHY PSYCHOLOGICAL GAMES -- THEY PLAYED ME. Not a good experience. The worst financial decision of my life thus far was walking into this place and dealing with the slime ball Tim Schroeder. I had the right to agree or not to agree to sign paperwork, but really really wishing I hadn't. At no point was I even asked if I wanted to buy the car, guy played me.. We went from going upstairs to figure out payments to them having the sales info filled out... No discussion of interest rate, pushy about the add ons (tried getting me to sign off on 30k in added warranties, car wrap etc and acted super offended when I declined.. I didn't expect a BMW dealer to act like a buy here pay here car place.. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Now my only hope is storing away the car, getting it paid off asap and trying to sell it for whatever I can.. On the hook for 100k.. I had the decision to sign or not to sign, and I regrettably did. Huge huge mistake. Motorwerks don't contact me again, remove my email from your list, don't call, just leave me the heck alone while I wait to find out how significant my loss will be. More
