We purchased an X3 BMW this weekend and after the papers were signed, my wife realized she might want another option included, which would mean a different car. I thought this will be the ultimate test for a dealer. I called my salesperson Jon Bliss and explained the problem and asked if we could swap and use our originally negotiated price and pay the difference in the msrp’s between the different vehicles. Without hesitation he said not a problem, just let him know by the next day. they were great in providing us a loaner time our car was ready and the manager, Matt Mickelson, was a most decent character as we negotiated our final deal. The guys made it a real enjoyable experience! More
