However, Natalie and her team were extremely transparent about the vehicle's condition and history, sharing that the car needed ~$2,000 in repairs (given the low sticker price). They even assisted with the shipment of the car. The car arrived as described by Natalie and team... and I had the car repaired and inspected by my hometown BMW service shop. There were no surprises, the car only needed the repairs suggested by BMW motorwerks. The car drives great! More importantly, Natalie was extremely courteous, professional, and genuine in her sales approach. More
