Very friendly and outgoing and knowledgeable on The X5 and all of the options and tech inside the car. She had me drive several cars and then suggested I drive the one I thought was THE ONE for a 2nd time just to be sure. She wanted me to be 100% certain and 100% happy with my vehicle. She spent quite a lot of time going over each vehicle with me to ensure I understood the differences between each. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. I really enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to any friend or family member who wanted to purchase a car from that dealership. More
