The process was very long, however, Adam (and John Neuman) made every effort to make us fill comfortable and provided the information we needed to make a decision on the car we wanted. We had test drive for the cars that we were interested in and were able to compare and finally decide on the car we were looking for. Adam was very polite and helped us answering all questions along the way and John was very pleasant to work with and helping us during the test drives. I can't be happier with my new BMS 430I. Adam recommended a car walk through with Brett Baranauckas who gave us a vey good detailed explanation of the features of the car. Awesome team to work with. Definitely recommend it to anyone interested in a BMW. More

I looked at another dealership and was left hanging. JP was able to locate the car of her dreams with just the right equipment and color. We had a short turn around time but they were able to get the perfect car from Kansas City. The Motorwerks team was able to work with me to make the surprise perfect, including the cake and the big gold ribbon. Even the finance guy was a delight to work with - very personable. The "genius" guy was also very good in explaining all the features to my wife - we will have to go back to season two! On the hold a great experience. More

Buying experience My vehicle was in for service. It required a fair amount of work as it had 125,000 miles on it. I had already viewed a vehicle online as a possible My vehicle was in for service. It required a fair amount of work as it had 125,000 miles on it. I had already viewed a vehicle online as a possible new purchase. I spoke to Tim Schroeder as I was driving to the dealership. I live about an hour away. I arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was out front ready for me to view. Brad handled all of the paperwork for the sale. I was on a tight schedule and he was able to get me in and out. He offered to schedule a separate time to thoroughly go through all of the features for the vehicle. I will be back for that. I have always had my BMW serviced at Motorwerks for the last 10 years. Because of my distance from the dealership and my schedule I have always needed a loaner vehicle. The service has been great. A stress-less Experience I'd bought my first BMW from my son-in-law 5 years ago and loved the car, never thinking I would own a BMW. Now it was time to replace it. I looked at other brands but because I loved my car so much, I wanted to see if it were possible to get another. I worked with Tim Schroeder and Ryan Kaulbars and was able to trade in my '06 and got a '14 that seems brand new! It was a great experience, with no pressure and wonderful assistance.
