Buying experience My vehicle was in for service. It required a fair amount of work as it had 125,000 miles on it. I had already viewed a vehicle online as a possible My vehicle was in for service. I live about an hour away. I arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was out front ready for me to view. Brad handled all of the paperwork for the sale. I was on a tight schedule and he was able to get me in and out. He offered to schedule a separate time to thoroughly go through all of the features for the vehicle. I will be back for that. I have always had my BMW serviced at Motorwerks for the last 10 years. Because of my distance from the dealership and my schedule I have always needed a loaner vehicle. The service has been great. More

I looked at another dealership and was left hanging. JP was able to locate the car of her dreams with just the right equipment and color. We had a short turn around time but they were able to get the perfect car from Kansas City. The Motorwerks team was able to work with me to make the surprise perfect, including the cake and the big gold ribbon. Even the finance guy was a delight to work with - very personable. The "genius" guy was also very good in explaining all the features to my wife - we will have to go back to season two! On the hold a great experience. More

I looked at other brands but because I loved my car so much, I wanted to see if it were possible to get another. I worked with Tim Schroeder and Ryan Kaulbars and was able to trade in my '06 and got a '14 that seems brand new! It was a great experience, with no pressure and wonderful assistance.
