Everyone was very helpful and patient in helping me with my purchase of the GMC Acadia Denali. The only down side was the wait time to get my financing done. This was a great experience. We identified a used vehicle that we were interested in. Arranged for a test drive (10 minutes from showing up at the dealer to the test drive). Knew we wanted the vehicle and sp that we were interested in. Arranged for a test drive (10 minutes from showing up at the dealer to the test drive). Knew we wanted the vehicle and spent, maybe, 10 minutes reviewing pricing and arriving at a final price. The dealer had all of the paperwork done in 30 minutes (provide ID and insurance, sign papers). This was a Saturday and we arranged to pick up the vehicle on Monday. When we picked it up it was washed, cleaned, and filled with gas. The "check out" process was very smooth and quick. Great experience, which is a reflection of the great people they hire. I'll be back when we're next in the market for an auto. More
