Dylan Fernandes let me take one for a spin, and I fell in love with it. I appreciated that he didn't try to 'upsell' me on features I didn't need or want and wasn't pushy or high pressure. We pulled the trigger on it and couldn't be happier to be a part of the BMW family. It was a bit annoying that we had to go back for the "Encore" experience with the Genius, but it was well worth the trip. Brett Baranauckas was SO helpful in explaining all the features and made me feel much more confident driving my car. I just picked up my plates from the dealership and Brett remembered me and came right over to make sure all was well... even gave my car a car wash just because. The experience at Motorwerks is so different from other dealerships, we will absolutely return for future car needs. More

We had a 2011 X3 35i that we did not buy from Motorwerks, but always had it serviced there with good results. We decided to get a newer vehicle and wanted to stay with BMW, but buy a CPO this time. Research lead us to a very low mileage 2015 428i XDrive Gran coupe. We made a appointment to meet with Dave Rhode and look at the car. All was well, pricing and trade allowance were acceptable so we decided to buy. We had also looked at a few EClass MBs. They were offering some incentives, we asked if BMW would match them. For the most part they would according to Dave. The finance person was Tom Germundsen. That part of the process went well, all our questions were answered etc. a very good experience. So, back to Dave to actually take delivery. We had closely inspected the vehicle before closing and all seemed well. It was however missing one key fob and the printed owners manual. Dave stated they would furnish them asap. Our 125 mile drive home was uneventful as it should be. However when we arrived home, we found two bad areas of damage on the rear bumper. I saved all the photos off their web site, in looking them closely I could see where the damage was, but had been filled with colored putty or something before the pics were taken. It was obvious that in the predelivery that putty had been washed out or otherwise displaced. We called Dave immediately to express our concern and to make it clear this was not acceptable. He did not call us back for three business days. And then all we got was lip service, excuses and empty promises. After over a week of nothing happening, I wrote the Dealership General Manger, Matt Mickelson. He responded quickly and put me in contact with their Customer Service Manager Ursula Platteter. She reviewed all our communications with Dave and found that he never did anything he told us he had done. She however followed up on everything we were promised. They allowed us to get the damage properly repaired and paid for it at a shop of our choosing. The missing key fob arrived and owners manual is on route from Munich. And apparently our original sales person is no longer employed. So, yes we had problems, but in the end all was taken care of. Had the sales person done what he promised and not made excuses that we had to take to a higher level this would be a five star review. Matt, Tom and Ursula all deserve five stars. Sorry for the length, but that was how it was. More

The front line people who greeted me were always smiling and helpful as were Mike (finance) and Adam. It's obvious they all believe in what they're representing. More
