Great Experience! I was trying for months to make a deal happen at another dealership in the twin cities, they would not even deal. 22yo First Time Car Buyer w/ Shawn Simonet I'm 22 and just graduated from college w/an accounting degree. This was my first time buying a car, and I consider myself lucky to have found a 1-owne I'm 22 and just graduated from college w/an accounting degree. This was my first time buying a car, and I consider myself lucky to have found a 1-owner used car at motorwerks, in addition to being able to work with Shawn Simonet. Of course he's a salesman, so he's smooth (lol). But, in all honesty, he and his team deliver top notch service. Even though he was with another customer at the time of my original call, Shawn was able to get back to me within half an hour, first by texting me to let me know what was happening and then by having his assistant reach out to me directly to get things in order. I was on vacation in Seattle and needed the car by the next week (at which point I would start working fulll-time). In other words, given my odd and time-crunched situation, Shawn and his team made it quite a stress-free experience. Side note: he's good at seeming interested in what's going on in your life. So, due to the punctual nature of the transaction and the empathetic mindset of the team, I'd recommend. also was a fair price. - Alex More
