What a Joke, this dealership is. These guys are a Joke! It seems they do not like to talk to people. I initially called an Ed Tracy (twice) to tell him I wanted to buy the car we had These guys are a Joke! It seems they do not like to talk to people. I initially called an Ed Tracy (twice) to tell him I wanted to buy the car we had talked about. He never called me back. I should have know that was going to only get worse with these people. I tried buying a $64K car from them. Gave them all the personal info to get the deal done. Never heard from the 2nd sales guy (a guy named Shawn), only thru email at the beginning. Then we we finally settled on a price, I provided all the info to get the deal done. Then, days went by and crickets! I finally talked to ANOTHER guy (Mike, I believe from finance). The first thing out of his mouth was "Well, it was the end of the month, and our local customers are first priority. I thought anyone who is interested in buying your car is "first priority". What a stupid thing to say to someone who has been waiting to buy a $64K car from them. It gets worse. I asked Mike if I could see the breakdown of the car so we could go over it (since I hadn't been giving anything from them). Immediately after he emailed the final numbers, I called to ask questions and finalize the deal. NOTHING. Never called me back. Long story short, I left 4 MESSAGES and he never called me back. Summary. I cannot believe the way I have been treated by these guys. I have never had a bad BMW exp, UNTIL NOW. What a joke these people are. Did I mentioned it was a $69K purchase? Not a $69.00 purchase. I cannot believe these people. If that's how they treat people who want to buy their cars, I can't even imagine how they treat you after they sell you the car (ie. Service, parts, etc). More

If you are looking to pick a salesperson at BMW then I would like to put the spotlight on Shawn. He was a referral by a friend who would not steer me wrong. In an ideal situation you want your car searching process to be smooth and hassle-free, and I didn't find that until dealing with Shawn; He was professional, courteous, helpful, and made me feel like I was in the right hands (trustworthy). Had I not even purchased a vehicle, I still would have written Shawn and the dealership a positive review. The dealership itself was beautiful inside, and had a comfortable lounge area to wait in or you could look around at their beautiful cars. I was impressed with the little things that the customer service did for me like going out of their way to make my young son some popcorn when the popcorn maker machine was out. Everyone there is attentive to your needs. Stephen who works with the finance walked me through what I was signing and answered all of my questions. Also, Jimmy was helpful teaching me about some buttons inside of my car. Everyone there did a phenomenal job with customer service. BMW motorwerks definitely earns a shot at earning your business. You would never leave feeling as if your business didn't matter. Anybody who asks about my BMW in the future I will tell them who and where I bought my car from.
