Promises at time car was sold, terrible dealership I purchased a car in March and had a front fog light burned out when I drove off the lot. I was assured the light would be replaced, and I would have I purchased a car in March and had a front fog light burned out when I drove off the lot. I was assured the light would be replaced, and I would have a loan car to use while my car was fixed. When I tried to schedule a service appointment, I was told "whoops" you are going to be charged a $20 fee to use the loaner car. I am driving 160 miles to get a fog light replaced that should have been working when I drove off the lot, and they are telling me I have to gas up a loaner car. They should be filling my car up because it wasn't ready to go when it left the lot. I will be sure to pass on my experience....do not buy at BMW Motor works you can't trust the word. More

Above and Beyond Expectations I was impressed with the work this dealership put in to a used car that I bought. They could've sold it to me as-is like any other dealership would've I was impressed with the work this dealership put in to a used car that I bought. They could've sold it to me as-is like any other dealership would've but they cleaned up some imperfections inside and outside on the car. They put a lot of extra work into the car that they didn't have to. Ayman was easy to work with and was willing to hold the car for us when we had a busy schedule and couldn't get over there to test drive it right away. Overall very satisfied with this dealership! More

My wife and I had spent plenty of hours working with different sales teams from other dealers and found that there was no match to the experience that we received with Shawn.
