As usual, sale price, trade in and any add ons (extended warranty, service agreement, etc.) made me sour on the deal and I walked. But Anthony called me the next day and I received a better offer and he arranged for me to talk to Mike about add ons. Mike was very helpful. A deal was struck and I picked up the car the next day. Anthony was right, I do love my new SUV. He made a follow up phone call and offered to go over the many features of the car that I might be having trouble getting a grasp on. Thanks to my salesperson Duayne Weir, I left (a mere 6 hours later) with a car that met all the high expectations I had for it--and for the sales experience. The long day's journey was entirely my doing, not Duayne's: most of it was the result of a longer test drive than normal, to my wife's place of work for her to check the car out. Duayne was also very patient with my many questions about the car and the dealership and especially the extended warranty that he helped me evaluate. All in all, the buying experience was every bit as satisfying at the car--a 2016 X1--is proving to be. More
