I was a bit apprehensive from reading previous poor reviews, especially from women, but was blown away by a wonderful experience! I had some electrical issues with my 2016 BMW that needed to be addressed immediately so was limited in my service choices. I went to Motorwerks with trepidation and a bit of worry. Andy Kelm was kind, responsive and put me at ease immediately. He communicated clearly and timely and my repair was done without issue.
