I have had service done on my 2008 BMW 528xi for the past 2 years. The service is always the best I could ever ask for. Prompt coordination when I drop off the car for inspection and check-in, they ask ques 2 years. The service is always the best I could ever ask for. Prompt coordination when I drop off the car for inspection and check-in, they ask questions on service I may have overlooked, they recommend what is covered and suggest when I should service the car again, they provide me options and cost estimates. They ask if I need a car or ride. The service is either completed on time or ahead of schedule. I would prefer to work with BMW Motorwerks than with any other service group in the Twin Cities. This is my 3rd BMW purchased and serviced from BMW Motorwerks in the past 12 years. My service experience is always better than I expect. I commend the staff, the management and their superior service and customer appreciation and technical expertise. My service visits are always greeted with a courteous smile and an efficient check in process. I always receive knowledgeable answers to my service questions and am kept informed of repairs with a call smile and an efficient check in process. I stopped into Motorwerks in Minneapolis after searching their site online for a couple of weeks. I was immediately greeted by a fellow named Art and given directions to the Mini area as that was my main i their site online for a couple of weeks. I was immediately greeted by a fellow named Art and given directions to the Mini area as that was my main interest. I was looking at the Countryman All4 and was approached by Clayton regarding my interest. Clayton asked me what I was looking for, what was important to me and what wasn't important to me. I told him right away that I was in the market for a new, AWD vehicle around $30,000 and that I had already driven (and liked) a Subaru WRX. He said he understood and really took the time to explain all the aspects of the Mini to me, inside and out. I am a current owner of a 2005 Mini Cabrio S, so much of what he had to tell me I already knew, but he did an amazing job of selling the car. During the test drive he was pleasant and professional and was really listening to what I had to say. When I returned home that night there was already an email waiting for me thanking me for my time and he put in a few notes that showed he had paid attention to who I was and what I was saying, which meant a LOT to me. In the end we decided on the Subaru (for now) based on looks alone, but I have been telling my friends and family all about the great experience I had with Clayton. When the time comes to trade in our 2005 Mini, we will definitely be coming back here to do the deed, and I hope that Clayton is still around because he is EXACTLY the car salesman I want to deal with. Thanks to Clayton, Rick, Art, and everyone else at Motorwerks...you didn't sell a car to me today but you sold one to me in the future. Keep up the great work. More
I have purchased my first BMW here, 2012 X5 35i Premium. They had the right configuration what I was looking for and they are courteous and helpful. But he offered a really awesome price for a brand new X5 and none of the Chicago, Madison, Indianapolis and Milwaukee dealers could match the price. He was able to sell the vehicle over the phone and he is really awesome with very good knowledge about what he is doing. You would definitely consider this dealership if you are in the market for BMW vehicle. More

Great buying experience. I stopped in motorwerks BMW to look at the 3 series & Anthony answered all my questions + took me for a test drive. The 335 was fantastic & fun to drive. Purchase was pretty much look at the 3 series & Anthony answered all my questions + took me for a test drive. The 335 was fantastic & fun to drive. Purchase was pretty much haggle free, I gave my offer with supporting documents & Anthony told me what they could do. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, so I felt really good about my final purchase (and still do). I know these are expensive cars, but I haven't had one iota of buyers remorse. The 335 turbo xdrive is sublime! I'm loving my new car. More

In addition to answering all of my questions in an extremely professional manner, he requested that I give Motorwerks the opportunity to earn my business. Later in the year, I attended a BMW roadshow event at the Motorwerks dealership. My initial and lasting impression was that Motorwerks was a "First Class Operation"! After I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, my next challenge was to select a dealership. Motorwerks made it very clear that they wanted my business. From the very first time I met Cory Gold, I kept waiting for the other shoe to fall. However the clint adviser system continues to impress me. I feel our financial negotiation was haggle free and a mutually beneficial win-win for all concerned. As my client adviser, Cory Gold, has been my go to guy that coordinates every aspect of my contact with the dealership. No matter how small, he has enthusiastically handled every request I have brought to him. Thanks to Cory, taking ownership of my new vehicle could not have gone smoother. Despite the fact that Bob Splittstoesser met me briefly at the auto show more than six months ago and among the thousands of people in attendence, he remembered me and stopped by to thank me for doing business with Motorwerks. Bud Mallin, my service advisor, is always pleasant and courteous and greets me with a smile no matter how busy he is. In addition he remembers exactly what my service issues were but what was done to resolve them. Motorwerks BMW and Cory Gold have greatly exceeded my expectations.
