I brought my car into service today. I mentioned it to the service advisor, and he said he would look into it. He made me wait for 20 min in the lounge and when I went back to check he was with another customer; it did not seem like he had done anything. I would rather be told "No" vs. letting me know he will work on it and providing me with nothing at the end. He called someone on the phone, and they said I need to talk to the salesperson I had bought the car from...seemed like a run around and not worth my time as I had now wasted over 30 minutes after the 2hr service on the car. I did get a few items that needed to be fixed however I did not walk away understanding if they were truly needed. He just said if I wanted to get them done but not if I needed them. More
Dylan did a great job finding the car for me (BMX X3) that met all my needs and wishes. He was very transparent about the buying process and there were no surprises. My wife and I went to Motorwerks BMW to look at the new BMW i5X all electric SUV. We were surprised to see that they had large inventory of these being 2025’s we had expected a limited number. We were greeted by Karen who took us to the 2nd floor to showed us the i5X’s. We were escorted through the show room and then given a test drive. After the test drive, we were introduced to Dylan Fernandes who gave us the details about the car and Motorwerks BMW, Dylan change our thinking from just looking to trading in our Porsche Cayenne for a BMW i5X. Dylan was committed to making sure that we had the right car and deal for our needs, He made acquiring a BMW a pleasure. Thanks to Dylan we have a beautiful i5X in our garage. More
Words can not express how grateful I am for the service and total experience I had with BMW Motorwerks. When my car broke down, I reached out to many shops and mechanic friends to see if anything was possi and total experience I had with BMW Motorwerks. When my car broke down, I reached out to many shops and mechanic friends to see if anything was possible to fix it. Every single one of them told me that it wasn't worth it. This vehicle isn't just my only vehicle I use for my family and I, but it also used to belong to a friend that has passed away. Feeling hopeless, a friend suggested I bring it into BMW Motorwerks. They truly did the impossible - they were able to diagnose and repair my car to full working condition. After being told it was impossible, I am beyond grateful for the team at BMW Motorwerks that brought it back to life. Michelle Phelps especially was professional, courteous, and most importantly empathetic and calming to me in a VERY stressful and hopeless situation. Thank you BMW Motorwerks for everything you do and the amazing work on reviving my vehicle. It's running like a brand new vehicle again and I am very thankful for all of you. More

I have been very much impressed by the professionality, kindness, and agility of your service people, especially from Xi Yuan and Hussam. Your service has been outstanding and surpassed the services from the other BMW dealership in the cities. Set service appointment for Wednesday February 28, 12:30 PM, on M550, when i arrived, i was told to stay with vehicle for service advisor, 10 mins later still waiting but I visibly see 3 advisors with no cu PM, on M550, when i arrived, i was told to stay with vehicle for service advisor, 10 mins later still waiting but I visibly see 3 advisors with no customers in front of them, another 5 min pass and a new person comes in for service, he is not told to stay with his vehicle and he was immediately checked in with his rental ready to go, (The Royal Service). He was a White Man, and I am African American. (Clearly favoritism shown here) I purchased the vehicle from Motorwerks, BMW and have been treated like this since day 1 (In the service department). What makes matters worse is that they had no record of what was going on with my vehicle, yet I received a text message stating my appointment is reserved (see attached) however the message has the vehicle Make incorrect, and this is after I had the woman look up my information to see if my warranty would cover the repair, So clearly, she knew what the make of the vehicle was because she quoted the correct information to me. Motorwerks, BMW this is something that you should address and not just sweep under the rug, It doesn't matter how much you paid for your vehicle no one of COLOR, women, or other should be treated this way, It probably does not matter that you lost A customer today but with this continued treatment of African Americans or other customers you will see your service numbers diminish, This is of course your primary revenue generator (profit center) the Parts and Service department for your or any Dealership.
