Immediately greeted by Mikey as I pulled up to their location, I was thinking it was just a ploy to grab new customers, I wondered it I was at the right lot. Their current building is minimal at best bu location, I was thinking it was just a ploy to grab new customers, I wondered it I was at the right lot. Their current building is minimal at best but proved to house all the machinations needed to buy/sell vehicles. From what I could tell, they kept the overhang at a minimum to allow their stock to shine. It was disclosed to me that their current spot is temporary due to construction of their new building, which makes sense. During my hours there, I briefly spoke with Kalayna, worked with Mikey on the housekeeping and finally Keith for financing. Kalayna was seemingly busy with other things while she delegated other tasks but was friendly enough when we spoke the few sentences we did to one another. Mikey was friendly from the start, only disregarding me when he had data entry tasks or to check with others on his team. He was the standout from my visit as he clearly has a passion for cars and wears that on his sleeve which made for a much more enjoyable experience. Keith seemed to be business only, in a rote fashion, but I appreciated that about him until I asked for an explanation on anything he brought forth to me. It could be Motors Northwest's service model, but I found it a bit jarring that there was such a lack of transparency with how my payment plan came to be. All in all, as a review just after purchasing, I'm very happy with the 300C I purchased just a few hours ago but I do hold reservations on recommending Motors Northwest to friends and family in its current state. Sold me a car that performed well during test drive, but didn't make it back to my house after they delivered it half way the next day. When told they would make it right by letting me exchange it for anoth didn't make it back to my house after they delivered it half way the next day. When told they would make it right by letting me exchange it for another car, they tried to just add the price of the xxx on top of the 2nd car. Then they told me they would just buy it back if I had it towed back to them, they tried to change the deal again and say it was only if I exchanged it. After showing written proof that the deal was for them to buy it back they still charged me almost $650 in fees to buy it back. Storied change each time they have you talk to a new person. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERESHIP! More
