My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to Anthony Black, the salesman at Motors Northwest in Tacoma Wa. We had been shopping for a new car for a couple of weeks. Most of the time we have Anthony Black, the salesman at Motors Northwest in Tacoma Wa. We had been shopping for a new car for a couple of weeks. Most of the time we have had friendly sales people pushing to sell something that is not exactly what we want. What we liked most about Anthony, he is a people person always happy and very likable. You can tell he cares about people. We can tell that he loves his job because he makes the effort continue to learn the purpose of the options in the varieties of car. If he doesn’t know he will find out while you’re there. If you see something at Motors Northwest we suggest asking for Anthony. We would like to thank Anthony and the personnel that helped us though the complete process buying this vehicle. It was a great experience for going into a car dealership. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I went directly to this dealership after speaking on the phone with them, assured that the vehicle I wanted was still available and on the lot. I arrived the next da to this dealership after speaking on the phone with them, assured that the vehicle I wanted was still available and on the lot. I arrived the next day and it was not on the lot. I was informed that if I signed some paperwork the car would be driven to me the following day. I signed said paperwork, under the pretense that the car would be at my home by 5pm the following day. I arrived home at 4:30 that day, messaged their salesman and asked for the location of my new car. Apparently, it still had not even arrived at their lot. At this point I am backing out and looking elsewhere. I do not recommend buying from here. Oh, I just got a call from them. They already sold the car at auction! They sold me a sold car! Update 9/16/2020 in reply to their shoddy response If the car was damaged, it should not have been sold to me! You should not have pushed me to sign on the dotted line for a car YOU WERE NOT PREPARED TO SELL. You are lucky I did not contact a lawyer you bottom feeding xxxx More

Well, I would have loved to give a higher rating and I would have if I had done this review immediately upon leaving the dealership instead of waiting to figure out how dishonest they were. My nephew drove in to check out a vehicle and was given a dollar figure on his trade in. I accompanied him the following evening to complete the deal. Only AFTER spending 3 hours there and agreeing on the price, was the bomb dropped that they would be giving HALF the dollar amount for the trade. Yes, you read that right....HALF. We were told that his vehicle was junk and could not be saved so they would have to wholesale it. Ok, mistakes happen and I can understand that and I took them at their word yet again. Fast forward 6 days and what shows up on their website for sale....his Jeep. I have been buying from dealerships for 25 years and have purchased 15 vehicles in that time. I haven’t always been left with the warmest of feelings but I have never felt as misled by a dealership as I do now with this scam. When I called to inquire about the change in their story, I was told that I should just be happy he has a nicer vehicle and have a nice day. I like to believe people are good and are not out to take advantage of others but I will never return to a place that would pull the wool over someone’s eyes to make a buck. And they know there is nothing anyone can do about it because they make the rules. Motors NW, you should be ashamed of how you handled this young man that has worked incredibly hard to get where he is. He trusted you to take care of him and you scammed him. Told him a lovely story to get him in the door and then changed your tune for whatever suited you. Businesses like this one are one of the reasons dealerships are viewed as sleazy. Shame on you.
