Well, I would have loved to give a higher rating and I would have if I had done this review immediately upon leaving the dealership instead of waiting to figure out how dishonest they were. My nephew drove in to check out a vehicle and was given a dollar figure on his trade in. I accompanied him the following evening to complete the deal. Only AFTER spending 3 hours there and agreeing on the price, was the bomb dropped that they would be giving HALF the dollar amount for the trade. Yes, you read that right....HALF. We were told that his vehicle was junk and could not be saved so they would have to wholesale it. Ok, mistakes happen and I can understand that and I took them at their word yet again. Fast forward 6 days and what shows up on their website for sale....his Jeep. I have been buying from dealerships for 25 years and have purchased 15 vehicles in that time. I haven’t always been left with the warmest of feelings but I have never felt as misled by a dealership as I do now with this scam. When I called to inquire about the change in their story, I was told that I should just be happy he has a nicer vehicle and have a nice day. I like to believe people are good and are not out to take advantage of others but I will never return to a place that would pull the wool over someone’s eyes to make a buck. And they know there is nothing anyone can do about it because they make the rules. Motors NW, you should be ashamed of how you handled this young man that has worked incredibly hard to get where he is. He trusted you to take care of him and you scammed him. Told him a lovely story to get him in the door and then changed your tune for whatever suited you. Businesses like this one are one of the reasons dealerships are viewed as sleazy. Shame on you. More

Not all salesmen are created equal UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! So, I cannot say enough good things about these guys, Delain and JT were simply amazing!! I had a unique situation where I had bee UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! So, I cannot say enough good things about these guys, Delain and JT were simply amazing!! I had a unique situation where I had been looking for a Mini for a long time and just couldn't find the right fit until I saw THE ONE on Motors Northwest page. I contacted them immediately about the car and asked some questions. Delain told me that there was another buyer interested and I just knew I did not want to lose this car. I asked him if they have a down payment program so I didn't lose this car and he let me know that I could put $750 down and they would take the car off the market. After discussing the car with him for a little while longer and then told him I would call him back in 5 minutes. I felt a trust with Delain that I had never felt towards a car salesman in my entire life, so I called back and put the down payment on the car. No, I did not see it in person. No, I did not test drive it. No, I had not yet seen the carfax. I went into this purchase with only seeing pics online and talking with Delain and JT. I essential bought a 2007 used car online outright with cash on the soul word of these two gentlemen. I showed up after work and drove the car off the lot, and couldn't be more proud and happy with my purchase. They say "all used car salesmen are the same"... and this statement couldn't be further from the truth. The car salesmen that I met and had the pleasure of doing business with were above and beyond THE BEST! Thank you, Delain and JT, for making my wife and I's experience unforgettable!!
