Basically whatever you do make sure you check your number I purchase my Tesla model S in November with the extended warranty that they will try and force you to take. Hands down Alyque is the best Salesmen to have ever helped us with purchasing a vehicle ! We drove two hours to visit this location and he was very welcoming , incredibly professional and we absolutely helped us with purchasing a vehicle ! We had the most wonderful person assisting us. His name is James and he was positively a joy to work with. My brother needed a car, he had very little to no credit history. We told him our story and he worked very Diligently to help us achieve our goal of getting that car. The process was long because of my brother's lack of credit however James made it a reality and we left with the car my brother came for. Long story I went back and forth about a vehicle they listed online, as I was 900 miles away I wanted to make sure the vehicle was portrayed as advertised. James the salesman avoided answering very specific questions about the vehicles condition. Or sent photos that didn't show what I was concerned about. Then wanted a $500 deposit to hold the car when I was going to travel the 900 miles and be there when they opened the next morning. Needless to say I didn't send him the $500. After that he would barely respond to my messages. So I got in my car , drove all night 900+ miles and was there when they opened the following morning . The car was an absolute pile of crap. It was a tesla and had a broken screen and dash display, filthy inside, 21" wheels that I didn't want. One key fob that didn't work, to the girl 25 minutes to get it to work somehow. James brushed all the issues off that I had. I was told if I wanted the screens fixed I would have to buy an extended warranty. If I didn't want to purchase the warranty I would have to pay out of my pocket to fix the issues James could not have misrepresented the tesla condition any worse if he tried. I would advise you to be very very cautious when dealing with him . I'm glad I didn't send him the $500 deposit as he told me it was non refundable. James is the epitome of a typical used car salesman. If your thinking about a vehicle from them , think again and go somewhere else. More
