Heads Above Other Dealerships We just came from a much larger dealership in Union City that was a big disappointment. At the other dealership, the cars were poorly cleaned, the gas tanks were on empty (all 3 cars we test drove) and 2 of the cars had other issues that needed to be addressed (flashing "check coolant" and "check tire pressure") which made us leery of how well the cars have been inspected and worked on, as well as the integrity of the dealership. Then we drove to Motorpoint Roswell (from Fayetteville) and we read the reviews that spoke very highly of this dealership. It was encouraging to read all the glowing reviews. We weren't disappointed, either. Nooris and Amos are very friendly and did not pressure us at all. The car appeared in excellent condition, and it was CLEAN. When my husband turned the car on, he said to me "The tank is full." We were smiling. Driving it was a pleasure. We test drove the car with Amos, and he was friendly and laid back- no pressure. This particular dealership makes looking for a car a pleasure. We didn't purchase the car when we left because we still had to figure out exactly what we wanted, but this car and dealership was high on our list. We are talking about going back and getting the car in the next few days. It helps that everything about our experience spoke of integrity, attention to detail, honesty and hard work. A few weeks later Nooris emailed me to check if I was still interested in purchasing a Lexus because one had just come in. The vehicle was aggresively priced and less than the same type of vehicles at other dealerships. The plus was that it had red leather seats! I had a pre-purchase inspection done and purchased. Because the car was fresh to the lot, Nooris had it detailed and took care of the small items identified in the pre-purchase inspection. Because it took longer than expected he provided me with another car to drive until the work was complete. Overall, a good experience. More
