First I fully recommend doing business with Norris! They are a small lot but it is full of quality cars. I found them while searching for a Lexus GS f sport. The car he had had some issues and when I came to see it he fully acknowledged all my concerns.. It had a dent in the hood a lot of scratches and the rear logo along with the grill needed to be replaced due to cracking. I was told if I wanted to buy the vehicle all these things would be addressed before I picked it up. To be honest I was very very doubtful and thought I was being taken for a ride by a car dealer, when I showed up a week later to pick up my car I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!! Not only had they fixed all of my complaints but they went above and beyond to make sure that I was picking up the dream car that I had been wanting! Norris and Patrick were completely honest with me and I walked away with my dream car for a price that left money to spare! Great Car Buying experience. Vitaly, Alque and Nooris were unbelievable in helping me buy my car. I had some problems paying for the vehicle because it was an insurance claim. Good Car Buying Experience I would recommend Motorpoint Roswell if you are in the market for a car. I worked with Alyque to purchase my 2014 Hyundai Elantra earlier this month. I would recommend Motorpoint Roswell if you are in the market for a car. I worked with Alyque to purchase my 2014 Hyundai Elantra earlier this month. We went through the usual step and dance to negotiate a price for the car but I believe that I received a fair price at the end. They had paperwork to show that the car was inspected and recently taken to the dealer for an oil change. I had to request to see this paperwork which turned out to be advantageous because that's how I learned that the rear brakes were not in the best condition (they decided to fix the brakes for me to make up for a separate issue). So I would suggest asking to see any and all paperwork associated with the car before agreeing to purchase. I will say, though, that the best part of my interaction with Motorpoint would have to be the customer service in making sure that I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. They fulfilled all of the changes that I asked for and even went above and beyond to take care of me after I was inconvenienced by one of their vendors to change my rims(this was when they decide to fix the brakes for me). I am quite pleased with my experience with them. More
